What happens next?

If you decide to use our brokerage services, here’s what you can expect:

1. Initial Meeting & Information
We’ll meet with you to discuss your boat’s specification and outline the documents required to begin the brokerage process. 

2. Valuation
Once we have the necessary information, we carry out a walk-through valuation to assess the current market value of your boat.

3. Agreeing the Asking Price
We’ll discuss the valuation with you and agree on a competitive asking price to bring your boat to market.

4. Listing Your Boat
If you’re happy to proceed, you’ll sign the brokerage agreement and provide the relevant paperwork outlined in the Seller’s Pack.

5. Marketing
We prepare professional sales particulars, including brochures and online listings, and market your boat through our website, social media, on-site enquiries and relevant trade advertising.

6. Ongoing Communication
We keep you fully informed throughout, providing regular updates on enquiries, viewings and feedback.

7. Sale Agreed & Completion
Once a buyer is found, we assist with negotiations and guide both parties through to completion. After the sale is finalised, funds are transferred to your nominated bank account, less agreed commission and charges.

Scale of commission (subject to VAT)

  1. Up to £9,999                          –      £800
  2. From £10,000 to £19,999      –      8%
  3. From £20,000 to £29,999    –      6%
  4. From £30,000 to £59,999    –      5%
  5. From £60,000                         –      4%
