Agreement for use of the Calcutt Boats Slipway for a Survey or a Boat Launch

1. The Slipway for survey will be charged at £300 for a slip out and then return to the water. The slipway for Boat Launch (from road transport to water or water to road transport) will be charged at £400. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
2. The Slipway rental fee is to be paid in advance.
3. Cancellation of booking – if this is less than 48 hours before the booked date the fee remains payable in full.
4. The slipway will be available from 09:00 on the day of booking. Boats will need to be here by 08.00 on the day of booking ready to be slipped.
   The slipway will be available between 09.00 and 17.00 use outside these times will not be permitted without express written permission from Calcutt Boats Ltd.
5. You are required to comply with the necessary Health and Safety requirements and are not allowed on the slipway while the slipping and craning operation is being carried out.
6. Maintain clean, tidy facilities, and ensure waste products do not contaminate the water.
7. Ensure that hazardous materials are handled and stored safely.
8. Dispose of rubbish and waste in the appropriate manner in relation to government regulations and environmental best practice.
9. If you are not a moorer with Calcutt Boats Ltd you are required to sign in at the main reception on arrival on site and sign out when leaving.
10. If you have a contractor coming on site, they must sign in at reception and produce their Liability Insurance.
11. One nights mooring before or after the Slipway booking is included, all extra nights will be charged at our prevailing temporary rate per night this must be booked and paid in advance.
12. You can stay on the boat when moored up, but if access to the boat is required once the boat has been slipped then a waiver form must be signed before access will be granted. No discharge overboard is allowed while the boat is on the slipway hard standing.
13. All cars must be Parked in the main car park.
14. We do not Offer the slipway for DIY works and so no tools or equipment are allowed to be used on the slipway with out express written permission from Calcutt Boats.

3. Car parking (one car) in the main marina car park. Visitors are required to sign in at Reception
4. Account Administration
5. Access to the facility 09:00 – 17:00 on the day of booking.
